Orders and Shipping
Most orders are printed and packed within 5–8 business days.
Delivery time (after shipping):
• 🇺🇸 USA: 2–5 business days
• 🌍 International: 7–20 business days
Tracking info will be sent to your email once shipped.
At the moment, our store doesn’t require an account. You can checkout as a guest! But creating an account helps track your orders and save preferences.

If your order has already shipped, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it using that link anytime.
No, we do not store any payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Sales tax is charged only where required by law based on your shipping location.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping time may vary depending on your country.
Since each item is printed and shipped from the closest fulfillment center, they might arrive in separate packages.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
All items are custom-made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
Please send a photo and your order number to [email protected]. We’ll send a replacement if confirmed.
Sorry about that! Please send us a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of the replacement.
If a return is approved (only for damaged/defective items), we’ll provide the return address and instructions via email.

If your item hasn’t shipped yet – we can fix it!
If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier for redirection.
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, it may already be in production and cannot be changed.
We don’t offer pre-orders at this time. But feel free to message us — some prints return based on demand!
