Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

At Aegis Fox, each item is made to order just for you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to double-check your order details before confirming.

  • Size or Address Changes:

    If you need to update your size or shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

    Changes are only possible if your order has not entered production.

  • Order Cancellation:

    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, most orders are already in production and cannot be canceled.


2. Made-to-Order Policy

All our products are custom-printed and sewn just for you. As a result, we do not keep stock and cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong item or color

We provide size charts in every product listing and encourage you to contact us if you’re unsure about sizing before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part or our fulfillment partners.

If your item arrived with a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

  • A photo of the package and shipping label (if available)

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Send this information to [email protected]. We’ll review your request within 7 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages if:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect

  • The tracking shows “delivered,” but the package is missing

In such cases, we recommend contacting the local carrier directly. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient or wrong address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.


5. Photo Requirements

To ensure we can properly process claims, please make sure:

  • Photos are clear, well-lit, and focused on the damaged area

  • The defect is visible without heavy editing or filters

  • Multiple angles may be required to verify the issue


6. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible. If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
